We are delighted to announce the publication of the third edition of our much-loved Teaching Secondary Science series. This trusted teacher's guide will enhance your teaching with expert advice and support for new teachers, NQTs trainees and non-specialists as well as more experienced teachers.
This session introduces the new ASE subject knowledge book on physics and will be co-hosted by some of the new editions’ chapter authors. The session will help teachers to challenge physics misconceptions, work out lines of progress and generate engaging lessons with everyday context and careers in mind. Mark Hardman will be leading the session with contributions from other co-authors:
James de Winter – Forces Rachel Hartley – Electricity and magnetism Charles Tracy - Energy Alan Denton - Matter Richard Brock – Atomic Physics Carol Davenport – Waves Stuart Farmer – Earth in Space
The ASE is delighted that Hodder has agreed a 25% discount on the ASE’s subject knowledge books, of which this is one, specifically for registered delegates at the Summer Conference Online. The discount will apply to all orders placed between 17th and 24th June 2021. Details of how to order will be shared with participants during the conference.
